DESCRIPTION
If you're ordering winter headwear for your clothing brand, your club or team, or for workwear, the Heritage Beanie is one of the best options available. With numerous classic colours available this beanie will look a cut above when embroidered with your custom branding.
Made from 100% soft touch acrylic with double layer knit, vintage styling with cuffed design.
After receiving your artwork we will digitise your embroidery by recreating the design as threads. The original artwork is colour matched to the closest available thread colours. Our embroidery process uses a maximum of six colours and If any of your artwork needs to be adjusted to work with our process our team will be on hand to help. Before your order enters the production stage we will provide you with a visual proof to gain your approval.
The most important element initially in any branding job is the quality and format of your design.
It is integral that we receive the correct artwork file from you before all else commences...
Colour Format: CMYK File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, EPS File Resolution: 300dpi
Ideally, we prefer artwork to be sent as vector files, produced in Illustrator and saved as AI, EPS or PDF files. Any non-vector artwork can be submitted as Hi-resolution Photoshop or JPEG files.
Creating your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result. We can't accept files that are below this resolution as they are not adequate enough to create an acceptable finished product.
If the only artwork file you have is of a low resolution please contact us as we might be able to help you reproduce your design to the required quality for a standard charge.
We use the pantone colour match system for mixing our inks for screen-printing. All other branding generally uses the CMYK colour format.
When we receive your order we will match your artwork to the closest possible thread colours. You will receive a proof of your digitised artwork with the thread colours before production begins.
