At Flogo Group we are committed to delivering the highest level of product quality and customer service. If there is ever a problem, we will always look to resolve it and put the customer first. You order will be refunded if any of the below conditions apply.

1. The product does not match what you ordered
2. The product is faulty

Please contact our customer service team by either phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve any problems. If there are any issues with your order that require a refund goods need to be returned within 14 days. No action can be taken until the goods have been returned and inspected.

Any shipping costs will be remunerated once the goods have been returned.
